Illegal Medical Marijuana Clinics are destroying the California Medical Marijuana Program.

The Association for Legal Medical Marijuana Clinics has come together with The California Collective Owners Underground Group which represents collectives throughout all of California.

These groups have come together to fight strengthen their position and fight against the attack of the Federal Government directly from the White House, by the President who said that anybody can get a recommendation in California and its out of control.

This resulted in the Department of Justice targeting dispensaries from San Diego to Sacramento and beyond and threatening to criminally prosecute all who are open after the 45 day deadline issued in first half of October 2011.

Through a group of attorneys who have agreed to present this case to the US Attorney’s Office in California, California Medical Board as well as Department of Justice in Washington D.C., the position is that the Department of Justice should target ILLEGAL MARIJUANA CLINICS because it is they who are the gateway to the dispensaries who have to accept patients if they present recommendations allegedly signed by doctors.

The collectives are not the problem.  It’s the illegal marijuana clinics and they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of Federal and State Law:

1.   Dispensaries in California are NOT responsible for the “Out of Control” California Medical Marijuana Program as characterized by many politicians;

2.   These dispensaries are not conducting any illegal drug trafficking of Marijuana in California;

3.   Illegal Medical Marijuana Clinics are the cause of all the problems with the California Medical Marijuana Program, which is completely ignored and not regulated by the Ca Medical Board;

4.   Illegal Medical Marijuana Clinics issue ILLEGAL RECOMMENDATIONS that are INVALID;

5.   Hundreds of thousands of patients in California have recommendation issued by one illegal marijuana clinic or another and all obtained access to medication at dispensaries who had no choice but to allow these patients to enter;

6.   It is the Illegal Medical Marijuana Clinics who are rampant throughout California, even issuing recs via Skype, that are responsible for the damaged California Medical Marijuana Program and for the latest attacks by the White House and Department of Justice;

7.   These Illegal Marijuana Clinics pose a severe danger to California dispensaries and they have to be stopped immediately.

8.   Our joint effort is dedicated and will achieve the goal of cleaning up the California Medical Marijuana Program and making sure that all individuals who are abusing innocent patients by defrauding them for money and endangering their health will all pay the legal consequences for their crimes;

Protecting the 1996 Compassionate Use Act (Prop 215 and SB 420) has never been more important.  Today, illegal medical marijuana clinics have issued hundreds of thousands of completely illegal/invalid recommendations to unsuspecting patients.

These marijuana clinics are not owned and controlled by doctors as California Law requires.  They are owned by private entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to make an all cash business where doctors are hired for cash, employees hired for cash, and the whole operation is run using cash.

These illegal marijuana clinics file and pay no taxes because all of the so called TAXES are pocketed by the owners because they are illegal 420 clinics in the first place.

Staff and employees are paid by cash where these non doctor owners pocket the money that should have been paid for taxes.

Illegal Marijuana Clinics in California have destroyed the California Medical Marijuana Program because they issue recommendations to ANYBODY even via Skype.

Only a Doctor can own a medical practice.  That's the law and it makes sense.

So much private information is revealed in these medical records along with copies of IDs, social security numbers, addresses, etc.

Identity theft is also a major problem because these illegal clinics sell off the patient information on the black market for huge profits which is another reason they can charge $20 for a recommendation.

GREEN RELIEF @ San Francisco is an ILLEGAL MMJ CLINIC

Green Relief of San Francisco is owned by two non-physicians, Larry McArley and David Levine, who hired a physician assistant to replace a medical doctor hired by the original doctor who was FIRED by these individuals (Dr. Ahimsa Sumchai).

When investigated by the California Medical Board, either Mr. McArley or Mr. Levine told an undercover investigator that they were medical doctors which triggered a criminal investigation by California Medical Board.

Green Relief of San Francisco has NO Factious Name Permit as required by Ca Medical Board and Ca Law, and is clearly operating ILLEGALLY because Dr. Sumchai filed to CANCEL the FNP permit for Green Relief.

Furthermore, non doctors, Larry McArley and David Levine hired a physician’s assistant (ILLEGAL TO PERFORM EVALUATIONS and ISSUE RECOMMENDATIONS) and this is after these individuals hired a doctor by the name of Thomas Gillespie, MD, which lost his license in January 2009 and continue to see patients at Green Relief.

420 MediCards @ State Wide California operating ILLEGALLY and by SKYPE

This illegal 420 clinic, which has NO FNP (Criminal Act) and has over 20 SKYE offices in California is operating under Darryl Clarence Harris, MD (Lic No: G 88191) and is actually fully controlled and owned by a former police officer by the name of Ron.

NONE of these locations have an MD onsite and ALL are issuing recs under Dr. Harris.

Dr. Harris has an extremely dirty license records as you can see from the Ca Medical Board website and who really knows if Dr. Harris actually knows that recommendations are being issued in his name STATE WIDE because this illegal MMJ Skype clinic has over 20 locations in California.

This is very similar to the blatant fraud that LEGALinfoWEBSITE.com exposed when IE Medical Evaluations (San Bernardino) shut down immediately after the REAL Dr. Michael McLean called them from Chicago and informed them that he knew of their fraudulent operation. IE Medical immediately closed and is nowhere to be found. IE Medical also had a valid FNP permit which was fraudulent.

Edinger Evaluations @ Santa Ana: FRAUDULENT, OPERATING ILLEGALLY and Advertising $10 recs for 12 mo.

Edinger evaluations is currently providing recommendations via Skype. Furthermore, they refuse to reveal the name of the doctor when you call their office in Santa Ana.

They fail to state that the $10 is for a Skype evaluation and that there is an additional $20 evaluation fee, which is simply ripping off the public not to mention that they are OPERATING ILLEGALLY.

Furthermore, when an investigator visited the office, he was thrown out by the man at front desk who first stated that he was the doctor, then quickly changed his mind.

4^th Street Evaluations @ Santa Ana

This is another ILLEGAL MMJ Clinic which clearly stated by phone that they are owned by a NON DOCTOR and refuse to reveal the name of the owner and of the doctor.

They advertise that 12 mo is GUARANTEED which is a clear violation of medicine because only the doctor can decide the length of time, and they also do recs via Skype which is only revealed after you fill out paperwork with all of you private and confidential info, copy of license, etc., then you go to the back room and speak with a computer monitor and a person on screen who refuses to confirm if he’s the doctor or not.

4^th Street Evaluations is operating illegally and furthermore, does NOT have FNP from Ca Medical Board.

ILLEGAL Medical Marijuana Clinics are being EXPOSED from San Diego to San Francisco

IE Medical Evaluations has been exposed as FRAUDULENT and has immediately closed its doors.

Operating at 2075 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, Ca., and FRAUDULENT using the name of Michael McLean MD (Ca Lic No A96165), Inland Empire Medical (IE Medical Evaluations) has issued close to 10,000 fraudulent/fake/bogus recs to innocent patients during their several months of operating.

Dr. Michael McLean's lives in Chicago, Ill. and specialized in thoracis surgery.

Dr. McLean also filed criminal complaints against IE Medical Evaluations with Ca. Medical Board, Ca. Attorney General, FBI, County and City of San Bernardino Prosecuting Authories.

IE Medical even filed a fraudulent Fictitious Name Permit under Dr. McLean to create the appearance of legitimacy and legality which all came to an end when the REAL Dr. McLean contacted IE Medical.

Immediately thereafter, IE Medical shut down its telephone, closed its doors, moved all furniture out, shut down the website, and removed the WeedMaps.com listing and are nowhere to be found.

Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside) dispensaries have united and are NOT ALLOWING patients to have access to medication because ALL Dr. McLean recs issued by IE Medical are ALL FRAUDULENT.

This should be a warning to all dispensaries to do their research as to which MMJ clinics are LEGAL and which ones are CLEARLY ILLEGAL to protect themselves.

Allowing patients access to medication at collectives (i.e., medication) with a fraudulent rec, is the same as collectives trafficking narcotics illegally to the general public.

Collectives/Dispensaries/Co-Ops, etc., have to KNOW The LAW and protect themselves to make sure that the patient recommendation which is the CORE of the legal basis for patients to access dispensaries are REAL and issued by LEGAL MMJ CLINICS.

If dispensaries in California do not start playing the role of reliable gate keepers legality to ensure that all patients that enter their doors have LEGAL RECs, then the collectives will be responsible for destroying the California Medical Marijuana Program.

Countless patients have send email describing their crazy experiences visiting various illegal medical marijuana clinics in California.

Here is simple and easy criteria for you to use to identify if an MMJ clinic is operating legally:

1.     Skype is illegal.  Recommendations issued by SKYPE, where you did not see the doctor face to face are ILLEGAL and NOT recognized by State of California Prop 215 and SB 420;

2.    The name of the doctor or professional corporation that owns, operated and controls the medical practice has to be POSTED IN The LOBBY for all patients to see.  This is a CA LAW requirement, and if the lobby does not have this NOTICE, you should immediately report this clinic;

3.    If owned by NON DOCTOR, it’s illegal!!!  Ask the front desk who the owner is!!!  Call and ask by phone who the owner is!!! If you get a reply that NON DOCTOR is owner, or you get NO REPLY, or the best reply is when illegal MMJ clinics say, “We cannot reveal the name of the doctor to you because this is private and confidential information.  You will know the name of the doctor when you come for your evaluation”. This is absolutely ILLEGAL and you can be assured that this clinic is OPERATING ILLEGALLY!!!
